Fantastische Erfahrung: I have seen a lot of Fitness studios and gyms,but in this one i felt special because Of the: atmosphere,programs,equipment,training buddyes and mostly Frane the Best up to date young enthusiastic coach i came across since i started training 20 years ago...he is already overbooked, just hope he will have time to give me private hours next time i stop in Papenburg.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great place to train, awesome trainer, and very nice atmosphere. I have been training for a while now, and heard about this gym from a friend, decided to try it and am very happy I did, I was starting to loose motivation and trainer Frane in Studio Hercules motivated me and inspired me to keep on pushing. Everything else is excellent, people, cleanliness and atmosphere, just what I needed. I would recomend this to everyone!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe mich ins Fitnessstudio Hercules eingeschrieben, weil ich meinen Korperbau verbessern wollte. Frane bereitete einen detaillierten Diat- und Trainingplan, Der mich innerhalb von 2 Monaten zu einem Geeichtsverlust von 12kg fuhrte. Zudem fuhle ich mich viel besser als fruher und habe meinen mehrjahrigen Ruckenschmerzen weggeschafft. Ich empfehle Frane fur alle dessen Arbeit langfristiges sitzen mitbringt. Seine vielfaltige Boxen trainings sind individuell angepasst und unterhaltsam.

I’ve been boxing for some time and this is where I’ve had the best boxing workouts to date. Frane also helped me with my questions about eating and diets.
